• Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
• Design and execute employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention.
• Lead the recruitment process to attract and hire top talent aligned with company values.
• Manage the entire hiring lifecycle, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Develop and document HR policies, structures, SOPs, and processes that align with business goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Must Have Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR management with a focus on culture building, employee engagement, and recruitment.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing HR policies and processes from scratch
• Led a team of 3+ members
• Good to Have Requirements
• Prior Experience in SaaS.
• Experience in scaling HR operations during periods of rapid growth.

• Process Optimization: Analyze and improve existing operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Daily Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day business activities, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across departments.
• Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timely completion within budget and scope.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track key operational metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Must Have Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive process improvements.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Good to Have Requirements
• Experience in SaaS or technology companies.
• PMP, Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Basic understanding of financial management and budgeting.
