Drive Daily Accounting in the world of Software Subscriptions

• Location : AiSensy HQ, Udyog Vihar Phase 4, Gurugram
• Key Responsibilities
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare and file GST returns on time, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of TDS returns.
• Handle TDS deductions, payments, and issuance of TDS certificates.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and reports.
• Must Have Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, with a strong focus on AP, GST, TDS, and payroll.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and payroll regulations.
• Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel.
• High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
• Good to Have Requirements
• Experience with financial systems and ERP software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as CA, ICWA, or equivalent.
• Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.

Manage the finance function and compliances

• Location : AiSensy HQ, Udyog Vihar Phase 4, Gurugram
• Key Responsibilities
• Develop and oversee financial strategies to support company growth and profitability.
• Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate financial projections.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure financial stability.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate policies.
• Train and mentor finance team members, promoting professional development.
• File GST, TDS, and other tax filings, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Must Have Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a senior finance leadership role, preferably in the SaaS industry
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in Tally and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, recurring revenue streams, and subscription-based pricing models.
• High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
• Good to Have Requirements
• Professional certifications such as CA, CFA, or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, analysis tools, and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP).
