    • Location : AiSensy HQ, Udyog Vihar Phase 4, Gurugram
    • Key Responsibilities
    • Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by AiSensy.

    • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

    • Calling Prospects on a Daily basis to close incoming leads.

    • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

    • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

    • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.

    • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

    • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

    • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

    • Must Have Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree is required.

    • Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.

    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

    • Experience in project management and/or sales.

    • Knowledge of productivity tools and software.

    • High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.

    • Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from lead generation through closing deals.

    • Client Engagement: Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations to convert leads into paying customers.

    • Partnership Development: Identify and build strategic partnerships with relevant businesses and platforms that can enhance AiSensy's reach and offerings.

    • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on growth strategies and smooth onboarding of new clients.

    • Reporting: Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on sales performance, market dynamics, and growth strategies.

    • Must Have Requirements
    • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in B2B SaaS

    • 2+ years of Team handling experience

    • Proven track record of driving business growth and exceeding sales targets.

    • Strong understanding of SaaS, B2B sales processes, and market dynamics.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of AiSensy to diverse audiences.

    • Strong negotiation skills with experience closing high-value deals.

    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.

    • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities.

    • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tools, and data-driven decision-making.

    • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.

    • Team Player: Collaborative mindset, working effectively with cross-functional teams to drive company objectives.

    • Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in selling to mid-sized or enterprise-level clients.

    What are the Working hours at AiSensy?

    The working hours of AiSensy are from 10 am - 7pm 

    Is this a remote or Work from Office role?

    This is a complete In-office role. We work 5 days a week + Alternate Saturdays

    What will I do on a Daily basis for most of my time?

    You'll be working on Inbound leads, calling them, making followups & closing deals with businesses on a daily basis for most of your time.

    Is it a Field Sales role or Inside Sales?

    This is an Inside sales role, you'll NOT be going on field.

    AiSensy HQ is located in Gurugram, Udyog Vihar Phase IV, Plot 22, Maison D' Auraine Building

    What is the salary for this role?

    The salary for this role depends on your previous CTC and work experience. For reference, the salary range for a BDE is between 4 to 6 LPA, while the range for a Sr BDE is between 6 to 8 LPA & for Asst Manager depends.
